Gasket Orders
There are No Refunds on the Gasket Orders, as stated on
every gasket ordering section of the gasket ordering page.
Due to Covid, there has been a huge delay on the stock
of gaskets with SubZero and all orders have been going
to a back order list, for 2, 3, 4 months now.
Due to this, there are over 100+ bold red disclaimers
on the web site and ordering page, that explain the delays,
and to be very patient, or do not order a gasket.
If someone forces a refund, the refund will only be 50% of
the purchase price, due to fees that will have to be paid to
SubZero for removing your order from the back order list,
as well as administrative fees to produce the refund.
Please be Patient, SubZero states
they are now producing
300 gaskets at a time, and will be fulfilling the back order
list starting Dec 2, 2020

Compressors
and Evaporators, Restoration Kits Refund & Return Policy:
Due to the fact that the evaporators are an item that MUST BE INSTALLED
BY A LICENSED &
QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN IN SEALED SYSTEM AND REFRIGERATION REPAIR,
THAT ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE WHATSOEVER!
If there is something wrong with the evaporator, contact us and
we will discuss a replacement, but there are No Refunds!
Proof of Licensing and refrigerant license will be needed
to get a replacement compressor
or evaporator, for warranty, to insure the replacement is also not
damaged during installation.
Like many retailers, we guarantee our
products; if an item is defective in any way, you can send it back for a replacement.
Simply contact us and we will have you return the defective item for exchange,
or repair.
There are No Refunds on any
parts purchased, so be sure before you purchase,
that you are ordering the proper parts!

for some reason, there are no returns or refunds
for products you may not like for any reason.
This is stated clearly on the order form when you order, and used products
will not be refunded, for any reason either!
Defective Returns and Exchanges
Defective returns and exchanges of defective
products, we have authorized with you, can be shipped back by mail.
Please email our Customer Service, if you wish to return a defective product
you ordered online.
Defective Returns by mail
•Within the US: Returned defective items must be sent via insured, prepaid
Regular US Mail.
Ensuring your return allows you to track your parcel with the US Postal Service.
Please Note: We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries.
•Outside the US: Ship defective goods prepaid, by insured ground shipping.
To avoid unnecessary delays, please write “U.S. Defective Goods returning”
on the outside of the package.
Please Note for outside the US shipping: Do not return defective items by
UPS or other carriers, as duty and / or brokerage fees will be charged,
and your return will be refused by RefrigeratorPartReplacements.com.
If you are requesting an exchange of
the defective product, please remember to include sufficient payment for the
return postage.
Where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information
about any taxes or duties
that may be assessed on a return shipment outside the US.
